CURATED PROJECTS

2014 It is not on any map true places never are A site specific, multidisciplinary exhibition of Contemporary Visual Art, Clifden Youghal Co.Cork. I curated the work of 16 artists both national and international, as well as running reading events, screenings, discussion groups and live performances. Funded by the Irish Arts Council, Cork Co. Council Arts Office, Arts and Health HSE South, Youghal Credit Union

 

2012 Idionumina, A site specific, multi disciplinary exhibition of Contemporary Visual Art. In curatorial calloboration with visual artist Deirdre Southey we presented the installation work of 17 Irish artists,at No 15 Hughes disused Hotel, Graigunamanagh Co kilkenny. The exhibition was funded though a sucessful online fundit campaign.

 

2011  Sites of Interrogation, (Addressing colonized and communized histories) I organised and chaired a panel discussion between Fiona Goggin of Station project Belfast (NI) and Bartek Nowak of Id project Gorzow, (PL) Galeria Boguslawa , Poland. Public discussion venue, The Lab, funded by Iadt invited lecturer fund.
